   It is used in human drug solution injection after disposable aseptic injection needle is installed.

5.Technical requirements：

1. The syringe must not have any imperfection such as rough edge, burr, plastic flow or defect etc.
2. The barrel of the syringe must be transparent enough to see the base line clearly.
3. The surface of the syringe must be clean without foreign substance.
4. Collected lubricant cannot be seen on the inner surface (including rubber piston) of the syringe.
5. The volume mark line on the ruler and measuring digits must be clearly and wholly printed with clear and even lines.
6. The length of maximum usable volume of barrel of the syringe is at lest 10% longer than nominal volume length.
7. There is no collodion silk, collodion dust, foreign substance, crocking in the rubber piston.
8. For eccentric head syringe，the cone head deviates the center of the bottom of the barrel and must be located on the line of short axis of the barrel. And the distance between axial line of cone head and the surface of the inner wall of the barrel is not more than 4.5mm.
9. The quantity of ethylene oxide residue of the syringe is not more than 10µg/g.
10. The product is sterile and has no pyrogen. Its hemolysis rate is not more than 5% and it does not induce acute systemic toxicity.
